Community Access

Being a voice for everyone in 4D08 means making sure your issues are heard by our leaders, and ensuring our resources and city services are accessible to everyone living in our neighborhood. As Commissioner, I will ensure that my neighbors have multiple ways to weigh in on issues that matter to them, and are kept informed about community developments that impact our neighborhood.

Public Safety

As the parent of young children and someone who walks in our neighborhood daily, I worry about speeding vehicles and the safety of families in 4D08. I support community-based solutions for addressing public safety and improving the quality and responsiveness of public services (including 911) to ensure these services are there for us when we need them.

A Vibrant Brightwood Park

Residents and families of all types should feel welcome in Brightwood Park. Diverse housing types accommodate the diverse needs of Washington, DC. Supporting the development of local businesses, housing, and neighborhood improvement opportunities helps improve the quality of life for everyone in our community.
